Why the Guild

Representation should never feel distant from the people being represented.

Flight attendants carry enormous responsibility every time an aircraft leaves the gate. We deserve an organization that is equally serious about protecting our work, hearing our voices, and earning our trust.

The National Flight Attendants Guild is being built from the ground up around direct member participation and measurable accountability.

Representation should never feel distant from the people being represented. Too often, the decisions that shape our careers are made far from the line — by leaders who do not fly the trips, do not know the bases, and do not answer to the members they represent.

We believe the opposite. A union should belong to its members. Leadership should answer to the membership. Money should be visible. The contract should be enforced. That is the foundation this Guild is built on.

Our foundation

A union should belong to its members.

01

Members vote

The people who work the line should have a direct voice in the decisions that shape their careers.

02

Leaders answer

Clear term limits, accessible leadership, and meaningful accountability to the membership.

03

Money is visible

Straightforward financial reporting and no use of member dues for partisan political activity.

04

The contract is enforced

Representation must be measured by protection on the job, due process, and consistent enforcement.

Our careers deserve real representation.
